Night Shift (After 6 PM) : $1,800 per painter for 10 hours
Weekend Service : $2, 000 per painter for 10 hours
Expedited Service (Next-Day Booking) : Additional $250 surcharge
Additional Painter : $1,350 per painter for 10 hours

Interior Office (12x12x9 ft): Minor repairs, priming, and two coats in ~4 hours
Hallway (3ft wide, 50ft long): Wall touch-ups and two coats in 5-6 hours
Standard Office Door & Trim: Sanding, priming, and two coats in 1.5 hours
Small Conference Room (15x15x9 ft): Full repaint in 6-7 hours
Warehouse Wall Section (10ft high, 50ft long): Two coats in 8-10 hours
Restroom (8×8 ft): Full wall repaint and minor repairs in 5-6 hours
Exterior Handrails (Metal, 50ft): Painting in 6-7 hours
EXCLUSIONS
Specialty coatings (epoxy, anti-graffiti, high-performance industrial coatings, etc.)
Any work requiring additional permits or specialized contractor approvals
